Who We Are
Quiet Oaks is a licensed Adult Care Home – owned and operated by Rick and Laura Morrison. Our home has served this community for the last 16 years. The scope of our care as of July 2012 is now focused on providing long-term care exclusively for the ventilator-dependent person.
Our spacious home has 5 private bedrooms, which include a bathroom with an easy-access shower. All bedrooms have views of the grounds with large windows that allow abundant light throughout the day. The surrounding grounds include a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and many flower beds. We intend Quiet Oaks to be conducive to healing and a place you can call home.

Meet Our Owner
Laura Morrison
RN AdministratorMrs. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Adventist University. She brings 30 years of experience in health care to Quiet Oaks. She has worked 14 years in Trauma/Neuro Intensive Care dealing with head and spinal cord injuries. Her involvement in the hospital setting and the administration of an Assisted Living Home gives her a diverse background, allowing her to be a strong contributor to Quiet Oaks Adult Care Home.
Rick Morrison
RRT AdministratorMr. Morrison is a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner who has worked in Critical Care for 18 years, which includes Trauma/Neuro Intensive Care and the Emergency Room. He has also worked in the Home Care setting. Working in the hospital and home care field has provided him with a perspective that will help our home at Quiet Oaks.
